How and when do I get paid?
Verified rebates are paid out monthly. At the end of each month, your earnings from the previous month (after the standard return window) are calculated and transferred to you.
How is the rebate calculated?
The rebate is calculated on the net order subtotal (excluding tax and shipping) for every order placed using your unique HA code. The rebate percentage will be detailed in the application process.
Can the same customer use my code more than once?
Yes. You earn a rebate on every order placed with your code — there is no limit on repeat purchases.
What happens if a customer returns their order?
Rebates are calculated after the standard return period to ensure accuracy. If an order is refunded, the corresponding rebate is automatically adjusted.
Do I need to buy products or pay any fee to join?
No. There is no purchase requirement and no fee to become an EmpSelf Health Ambassador. However, we highly encourage our HAs to try our products and experience the amazing health journey. The program is completely free to join. Please note: the HA program is an affiliate marketing tool. HAs without any activity will be considered inactive and automatically terminated after 6 months.
