Shipping policy

EmpSelf Wellness currently ships to addresses within Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan region.. This policy describes the carriers, lead times and fees that apply to each destination.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 14:00 (HKT) on a business day are usually processed the same day; orders placed after that cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email containing your tracking number once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Hong Kong SAR

Carrier: SF Express or selected at our discretion.
Estimated lead time: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
Shipping fee: We offer FREE local shipping for any purchase of HK$500 or above. Please note that for remote areas and residential address, additional fee may be charged by courier directly to the recipient. Free shipping is available for qualifying order values shown at checkout.
Self pick-up: SF Express pick-up is supported where available.

Macau SAR

Carrier: SF Express.
Estimated lead time: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Shipping fee: We offer FREE shipping for any purchase of MOP$800 or above. Please note that for remote areas and residential address, additional fee may be charged by courier directly to the recipient. Free shipping is available for qualifying order values shown at checkout.
Self pick-up: SF Express pick-up is supported where available.

Taiwan Region

Carrier: Air Parcel
Estimated lead time: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.
Shipping fee: We offer FREE shipping to Taiwan region for any purchase of NT$8,000 or above, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All products should be shipped to personal address and for personal use only. Please refer to the relevant regulation "Importation of goods for personal use in Taiwan". Maximum amount per order is restricted to NT$30,000. Free shipping is available for qualifying order values shown at checkout.
Customs & duties: Orders shipped to Taiwan region are declared at their full value. Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees levied by the local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
Mandatory Real-Name Authentication (EZ WAY): In accordance with Taiwan Customs requirements, recipients must download the "EZ WAY (易利委)" app and complete real-name registration. If a parcel is delayed, detained, or returned due to a failure to complete EZ WAY verification, EmpSelf Wellness will not refund the shipping fees, and any reshipment costs must be borne by the customer.

Mainland China (Major Cities)

Carrier: SF Express or selected at our discretion.
Estimated lead time: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch.
Shipping fee: We offer FREE shipping for any purchase of RMB$1000 or above. Please note that for remote areas and residential address, additional fee may be charged by courier directly to the recipient. Free shipping is available for qualifying order values shown at checkout.
Self pick-up: Not Support.
Real-Name & ID Verification
In compliance with China Customs, the recipient must provide their legal name matching their government identification. To complete customs declaration, the recipient is required to upload a clear copy of their valid Resident Identity Card (or Passport/Mainland Travel Permit for non-residents) directly via the official SF Express WeChat account, app, or website link sent upon dispatch. Failure to provide this will result in the shipment being held or returned.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the carrier’s estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@empself.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to refund shipping fees for parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer; reshipment will be charged at the standard rate.
