Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return
- Email contact@empself.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them by a tracked courier service.
- Email us the tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier; we are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you the outcome of the inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Original outbound shipping fees are not refundable, except where the return is the result of an error on our part (for example, a wrong or defective item shipped).
Wrong or defective items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us at contact@empself.com within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any return shipping incurred) at no cost to you.
