These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of empself.com and the purchase of products from EmpSelf Wellness (“EmpSelf”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or otherwise using our store, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order with us.

2. Products

EmpSelf products are food supplements. They are not registered pharmaceutical or medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements made on this store have not been evaluated by any regulatory body as medicinal claims. Always read the label, follow the recommended dosage, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices include any taxes applicable in Hong Kong unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Ambassador Codes

An Ambassador Code is a unique code issued through the Health Ambassador program. Customers obtain an Ambassador Code from an authorized Health Ambassador and enter it in the dedicated Ambassador Code field at checkout to receive the benefit associated with that code. Ambassador Codes are subject to their individual terms, are limited to one Ambassador Code per order, and cannot be combined with other Ambassador Codes or promotional offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders where an Ambassador Code is used in breach of its terms or fraudulently.

6. Health Ambassador program

Health Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of EmpSelf. Nothing in these Terms or the Health Ambassador Program Terms creates any employment, agency, or representative relationship between EmpSelf and any Health Ambassador. Health Ambassadors have no authority to bind EmpSelf contractually or to make representations on EmpSelf's behalf.

Participation in the Health Ambassador program is governed by separate terms presented to you at registration. Eligibility criteria, commission rates, payment schedules, and termination provisions are set out in those terms.

7. Shipping & returns

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds to our Returns & Refunds Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the store, including text, graphics, logos, product images, the EmpSelf name and trade dress, is owned by or licensed to EmpSelf and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpSelf’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
